At Scented Aromas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
