What are your candles and diffusers made of?
At Scented Aromas, we use 100% natural soy wax and premium, phthalate-free fragrance oils to ensure a clean, long-lasting burn and superior scent throw.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened items?
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if your glass items arrive broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
Are your products safe to use around pets?
While our scents are made with high-quality ingredients, we recommend using them in well-ventilated areas and keeping them out of reach of curious pets.
